SURF WITHOUT WORRYING ABOUT THE REST

This range of wings is defined by a smooth behaviour. Its large chord brings inertia and will prolong your flight at low speed and therefore surf easily. Its shape and more particularly its pronounced arrow head form allows engaging in radical carving while having a healthy support.

The full carbon construction brings stiffness and lightness to the foil. In the same way, you will no longer/not be bothered with marine aggressions such as corrosion which could weaken it.

For maximum longevity and consistent ease of use, Kai Sports still recommend wash off in fresh water after use in the sea, and assemble with occasional use of Lithium or similar grease to ensure long life of screws and inserts (which can both be replaced of course).

We often leave our AFS foils assembled for many months and have had no problems removing or re assembling any parts by carrying out these simple common sense procedures.

FLY ON ALL THE WINGS OF THE RANGE

The AFS Carver is available in two wing sizes (1500 cm2 and 1700 cm2). Thanks to a single T-BAR/Fuselage design for the ALPHA and PERFORMER ranges, all masts and fuselages are interchangeable (unless bonded model), meaning you will be able to swap between these wings as well as all the Wings and Stabilisers in the AFS Flyer and Performer ranges.

MADE IN FRANCE

We control the manufacturing process from A to Z of all our foils in our own factory, to ensure the best possible manufacturing quality. In addition, our exclusive pre-preg construction allows operators to no longer breathe toxic fumes emanating from the resin.
The pre-impregnated fibres are cut using a laser machine, then assembled in a mould and finally baked at the optimum pressure and temperature to obtain the desired shape and incredible strength to weight ratio only delivered by this sophisticated manufacturing process.

All AFS products come with a 2 Year Warranty from the date of purchase - On line registration required.
