As the original multipurpose all round funboard way back in 2009, some might say the Sealion concept had nothing left to prove!

Stand Up Paddle and Windsurf - it was after all, already the ultimate WindSUP range of boards and a cornerstone of our 'Any Wind Windsurfing' program!

With the Sealion Wings, we welcome you into another dimension!

To push it even further and try a new experience, we chose to add our AFS foils onto it.

Several prototypes later, with continual refinement of the underside and the perfect Carbon construction for its new role, the 'Sealion Wings' was born.

Constantly evolving, for our 2020> range, we have further refined these magnificent boards to take the New AFS Surf Foil (and many others) by replacing the 'AHD Solid Box for foils' with the more universal 'Tuttle Box'.

In the mid part of 2020, this will be replaced by a Deep Tuttle Box and Plate Box System (twin box at 90mm pitch) so that owners can approach the Sealion wings from either the more Windsurfing background with a foil fitted with Deep Tuttle, Midi Tuttle or Tuttle Head, or from the SUP/Surf/Kite side, with the Plate system, giving ultimate choice of the foil you wish to use.

With a Sealion Wings in your life, there is a whole new universe of experiences that will open up before you!

With just one single board you can light wind Wave Ride, Freeride and Freestyle, WindFoil and Wingfoil on flat water and waves, and it's an absolute hoot with its uncluttered deck for downwinding with a Rig or WindWing!

Of course they SUP really well on flat water with remarkable glide for such short boards, but really come alive in SUPSurf mode and with a foil on waves and downwind the SUPFoil opportunities are almost endless!

In the surf The Sealion Wings are the most explosive of the Sealion family, also faster on flat water, while for gliding in the air on your foil - the only one!

When developing the Sealion Wings, we were looking to both improve on the surfing performance of the Sealion PRO and optimize gliding capabilities with a foil.

Rails have been sharpened, thickness reduced and a large concave added between the twin fins.

This is a more reactive board which although remarkably stable and friendly, surfs with much greater agility than you would expect, as the Swallow Tail comes into play as you lean it through the carving turns . We also increased the nose scoop to make it a more tolerant board when surfing in the wave trough.
