FEATURES

STABILITY + CONTROL + EASE = ACCESSIBILITY

The V/double concave underside along the hull, combined with a large concave forward, generates a very early take off with great control and stability.

Helped by light side flats and wash out towards the forward 1/3rd, the board is able to accelerate progressively with great ease, delivering one of the smoothest rides and best control in challenging conditions that you will find on any modern Freeride boards!

This all helps you become deceptively fast and capable sailor, due to hull shapes that have been refined along our typically choppy North Atlantic coastlines, for more than 30 years, to ensure great glide and control for every level of rider.

A QUICK START

Thanks to its slightly longer length, planning take-offs are easy and smooth, while the relatively fine rails and domed deck with 'diamond tail' provides great performance with comfort and control in a wide range of conditions, which makes them a delight for manoeuvres like Carve Gybes and Fast Tacks!

PLUG AND PLAY

Whether you are a beginner or an expert, these boards are a pure pleasure to use and are scalable to your ability and location. Multiple footstrap positions allow you to easily re set the board to progress from no straps, all the ways to full power strap to strap carve gybes, all with the standard set up we supply.

Start tuning the board with more specific fins (we recommend the Select Edge or Edge Pro ranges as being ideal) and performance orientated sails like the Ezzy Cheetah or Lion (equivalents from all other brands apply of course) and you will easily become a very fast and happy rider, even if you are not one already!

This is precisely what the Fast Forward Range has evolved to help you achieve, and they are so capable, you may never grow out of them, which is another reason we make them out of our super strong OSSE Wood Epoxy Sandwich construction!

REINFORCED AND LIGHT CONSTRUCTION

From 9 kg like all our boards, with the Fast Forwards, we follow a unique manufacturing process during which all the layers of fabrics, sandwich material (in this case Wood) + other reinforcements, and mast/fin boxes & footstrap inserts are applied to the CNC shaped EPS Core.

The 'Mummy' as it is known, is then placed in a double-shell mould and pressure cured according to a carefully controlled process which is specific to each model.

This ensures the ideal polymerisation of the resins for a perfect shape reproduction and the optimal strength/weight ratio every time.

The resin used for the construction of our boards is a bio-sourced epoxy SR GreenPoxy (more than 33% of the molecules come from vegetable sources) and the woods used are from sustainably managed woodland as close to the factory as possible.
